What to do:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F. 2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, water, 1/4 cup onion, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper; mix well. Form into 1-inch meatballs and place in a 9- x 13-inch baking dish. 3. In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients, including remaining onion, remaining salt, and remaining black pepper; mix well then pour over meatballs. 4. Bake 50 to 60 minutes, or until sauce is bubbling and meatballs are cooked through.
